Rear Window

Starring: James Stewart, Grace Kelly, Thelma Ritter

Considered to be one of Alfred Hitchcock's best films, and one of the best films ever made, Rear Window is best seen on the big screen, an experience that will be enhanced by watching it outside on a summer night.

Professional photographer L.B. Jefferies broke his leg while on assignment and is confined to a wheelchair in his Greenwich Village apartment. He amuses himself by watching his neighbors across the courtyard. He takes note of the comings and goings of one neighbor in particular, and begins to suspect murder.

  • Director: Alfred Hitchcock
  • Rating: PG
  • Runtime: 1 hour 57 minutes
  • Genre: Drama, Suspense

“It's one of Alfred Hitchcock's inspired audience-participation films: watching it, you feel titillated, horrified, and, ultimately, purged.”

– New Yorker

Starring: Alicia Silverstone, Stacy Dash, Brittany Murphy, Paul Rudd

Alicia Silverstone, the It-girl of the early 1990s, stars in this classic retelling of Jane Austen's Emma, set in 1995 Beverly Hills. Cher seems to have it all, from a computerized closet to her best friend Dionne, but a new friendship and critiques from her ex-stepbrother lead her to realize she's... Clueless! Clueless is the epitome of 90s teen comedies and truly remains as fresh and funny as it was when it was first release.

  • Director: Amy Heckerling
  • Rating: PG-13
  • Runtime: 2 hour 37 minutes
  • Genre: Comedy

“Effervescent, unflappable, supremely pleased with herself, Cher (delightfully played by the much-publicized Alicia Silverstone) is the comic centerpiece of Clueless, a wickedly funny teen-age farce from writer-director Amy Heckerling that, like its heroine, turns out to have more to it than anyone could anticipate.”

– Los Angeles Times

Finding Nemo

Starring: Albert Brooks, Ellen DeGeneres, Alexander Gould

This visually stunning underwater adventure follows the comedic and eventful journeys of a father who becomes separated from his son in the Great Barrier Reef.

Nemo, an adventurous young clownfish, is unexpectedly taken from his home to a dentist's office aquarium. It's up to his worrisome father Marlin and his friendly but forgetful regal blue tang fish Dory to bring Nemo home -- meeting vegetarian sharks, surfer dude turtles, hypnotic jellyfish, hungry seagulls, and more along the way.

  • Director: Andrew Stanton, Lee Unkrich
  • Rating: G
  • Runtime: 1 hour 40 minutes
  • Genre: Animation, Family, Adventure

“Pixar’s most effective amalgam of comedy, artistry and emotional pull.”
