While we may have first met Meg Ryan briefly on screen earlier in her role as Goose's loving and later grieving wife in Top Gun, When Harry Met Sally was clearly Meg Ryan's breakout movie, leading to other great flicks and Nora Ephron-written classics, such as Sleepless in Seattle.
